Mobile sports betting will debut in Missouri in the second half of 2025. When that day comes to pass, Chiefs fans will no longer have to drive into Kansas to bet on their favorite football team, just as Cardinals fans will no longer have to cross the Mississippi into southern Illinois to back the storied National League club.

With its existing casino infrastructure, low initial tax rate, and the involvement of the state's major professional sports franchises, Missouri presents an attractive opportunity for major sports betting platforms. Among the operators that can be expected to vie for participation in the Missouri market are Bally Bet, bet365, BetMGM, BetRivers, Caesars, DraftKings, ESPN BET, Fanatics, FanDuel, and Hard Rock Bet.
