Bailey calls Lucas – a rare raccoon who lacks normal pigment – “one of the most stunning animals I have seen.” His mother wouldn’t let him nurse and kept throwing him out of the soffit in which they were living in a house in Louisville. Lucas is a permanent resident of the wildlife center.
