MEET STATS: 133- 483 / $827.90 (-$138.10) BEST BETS: 24 - 47 / $93.40 (-$0.60) SPOT PLAYS: 7 - 45 / $88.40 (-$5.60) BEST BET-EURO STEP (9th) SPOT PLAY-CELLMATE (3rd) Race 1 - NW20511L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW12 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot (3) RESOLVE TO WIN steps up in class tonight but has won two in-a-row between Yonkers and Harrah's Philadelphia and trainer Jeff Cullipher has been sending out plenty of live horses overall. (2) PC FREE WHEELING has hit the board in five of her last seven outings, including a second and a third in her last two appearances at this level. (8) STORMONT DIVIDE starts from the outside post but is in great form and overcame post seven to grab a third two back and the six-hole last time out to post a victory. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - F&M Invitational Trot (6) TIPSY MONI has been pretty much unbeatable this year when she's shown up in this class and is back tonight off a runner-up result at the Meadowlands on June 22. (4) JULIA SISU S moves out on the gate some but comes off her first victory in the U.S. Dan Dube piloted her to that victory and has the call again. (5) P L NOTSONICE keeps putting in good efforts. She gets a new driver tonight with Brent Holland taking over, and perhaps that'll mean a change in strategy. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - 3-5YO 20000CLM Pace (4) CELLMATE looks like he's been competing in tougher spots than this out of town, and although he didn't fare well following a tough trip, he did take quite a bit of wagering support in a NW5000L5 tilt last time at Harrah's Philadelphia. (2) HE'S HALF NAKED had no shot after racing near the back of the pack on 6-24. He gets significant post relief this time and was performing well prior to that most recent effort. (1) BAD BOY TOO ships north from Harrah's Philadelphia off a victory against open $15,000 claiming company and races for a high-percentage barn. Race 4 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace (3) METAL MAN hasn't won in 2024 but drops again and starts for Lasix on the second time. Add in some post relief and hopefully he'll be on the front-end. (2) RAYRAY owns just a single victory this year but it did come at Yonkers. He slides in a couple of notches on the gate this time after finishing fourth in his initial attempt in this class on 6-26. (6) STELLAR YANKEE has had success at Yonkers before and returns from the Meadowlands tonight. I like those solid final quarters in his last two tries across the river. Race 5 - NW10681L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/Horses Who Fit Base Class NW7500L5 Drawn Inside Pace (6) SPEED MAN N finished a solid second against NW15000L5 foes last time out and drops again here. He also gets another chance with Matt Kakaley in the bike. (4) MELANION N had pace in the final quarter in his U.S. debut on June 26 and gets some post relief tonight. (2) ROCKN PHILLY is a mare taking on the boys, but I think she has the class to be competitive and landed an inside draw. Race 6 - 40000CLM Trot (1) INFINITY STONE found the NW20000L5 class pretty tough but the last time he was in a $40,000 claimer, he won by 11 lengths. He also moves in from post six to the pole position. (3) CANTKEEPMIASECRET broke on June 20 but has been performing well other than that and was George Brennan's choice of two. (7) ROGER RABBIT wasn't Brennan's pick but has two seconds and a win since coming east into Scott Di Domenico's barn. Race 7 - Amateur Race for Winners Over 3132 Trot (2) BONTONI DEGATO S returns to the amateur races tonight. He had no shot against NW15000L5 company last time out from post seven but drew inside here and finished second in amateur events at Yonkers twice in May. (5) ITSONEOFTHOSE took last week's amateur tilt and trainer/driver Alan Schwartz has been doing well at Yonkers throughout the meet. (7) SKYWAY PROFESSOR couldn't hold off ITSONEOFTHOSE a week ago but has been sharp for a while and perhaps he'll offer a better price coming off the defeat and moving outside on the gate. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8 - Invitational Trot (7) TAKE ALL COMERS starts from the outside post but hasn't been out of the top two in three starts in the Invitational so far this year, and I think he could offer some value. (4) INCOMMUNICADO finished out his mile well in his first outing of 2024 on June 20. He hails from the powerful Ake Svanstedt barn and has Dube in the bike again. (1) NOWS THE MOMENT is in the midst of an excellent campaign and the fact he has the pole makes his speed even more dangerous. Austin Siegelman has had plenty of success with this horse before and is back at the controls tonight. Race 9 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace (1) EURO STEP closed out his mile in 27 and change to finish third in a tougher class in his last start and I'll give him a try here from post one. (3) LYONS PRIDE won at this level last Thursday and picks up Matt Kakaley with Jason Bartlett not here tonight. (2) HUNTED HOUSE has been off since last November but qualified pretty well behind a stakes-caliber horse on June 15 at the Meadowlands, and perhaps the connections will be keen to strike right away with this horse given the gap in his schedule.
