Top Pick Stats: 570 – 1739 / $2,978.90 (-$499.10) Best Bets: 86 – 163 / $306.70 (-$19.30) Spot Plays: 30 – 166 / $186.90 (-$145.10) Best Bet: HILLBILLY JET (8TH) Spot Play: XTRA CHEESE (9TH) Early Pick 5: 3,4,5,7/2,8,9/5,8/8,9,10/4,5 = $28.80 Late Pick 5: 4,9,10/3,4/6/1,2,8/4,8,10 = $10.80 Early Pick 4: 8,9,10/4,5/4,10/3,4 = $4.80 Late Pick 4: 3,4/6/1,2,8/4,8,10 = $3.60 Race 1:  F&M 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT **$100,000 Pick 5 (4) SPACE CADEBT took some action last week but never got involved. Perhaps missing three weeks was a factor. Returning in seven days this time, I’ll stab with him in a race with no standout. (3) MICKI LOVEDTHBEACH ships in from Pennsylvania in good form and he should be a threat vs. these racing close to the front throughout; using. (5) ASHLEES SWEETIE has the best recent race and she is hard to leave off early Pick 5 tickets. (7) NOT MY JOB is showing improvement and she is another possibility in a wide-open race. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: CLM $20,000 for NW $31,500 LT (8) BETS SHOW OFF dropped and popped showing speed both early and late last week, and this field is no tougher; call to repeat. (9) SKY LOW LOW drops into a claimer after facing a fast unbeaten colt and he is worth a look here at a price. (2) THE SERPENT returns from a needed break and he is another that can improve dropping in for a tag; using. (10) STREET ART showed speed when 4th to the choice and finishing with broken equipment. He gets the leading driver here and he can take a share. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Mohawk Park card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,000 LT (8) DANCING DOVER got a needed clean line last week and Borth will likely get more aggressive with him now; top call. (5) WHATS THE POINT ships in hot from Flamboro Downs and he will need to be faster here, but I like that he has won two in a row and faces nine rivals that have five wins combined. A threepeat is possible. (1) STARLITCRESENTROLL has the best recent race and he finished ahead of the choice last week, but he is 1 for 57 lifetime and he couldn’t convert off a perfect trip last week. What price would you take tonight? (3) ULTRA LADY S is another that ships in from Flamboro in sharp form. She should be part of the exotics. Race 4: F&M CLM $14,000 to $18,000 Pick 4 (10) GOLDIES ROCKIN should be the one to catch on the class drop here and she gets the nod despite drawing widest. (9) DARKRSHADEOFPALE N closed for the win on the drop into a claimer last week and she should contend right back; using. (8) GOLDEN LEADER is sharp, and she was a winner here two starts back. She could get a pocket trip following the choice here and that makes her a threat. (5) ALWAYS B A STAR should have been able to convert off the pocket trip last week. I’ll use her underneath this time. Race 5: F&M CLM $20,000 for NW $30,000 LT (5) MCVERA has a good record and she ships north sharp. Moving to Menary’s barn here, I’ll give her top billing. (4) SIRI SEELSTER should be sharper tonight coming back in seven days this time and she will likely be the one to catch. (1) HANDBAGOFCHEEZIES has finished third in 33% of her starts this year and she is a good one to use on the bottom of the Tri. (6) LADYSMITH was used up early last week and now she gets Macdonald back. She should be good for a share here. Race 6: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT Pick 5 (4) COLLECTOR S was 3-to-5 last week despite missing close to two months and he didn’t get involved until it was too late. He should be sharper now and a more aggressive steer is likely coming; top call. (10) SPECIAL MISSION has been solid racing in Illinois and Indiana and his high late speed makes him a contender in this spot despite the wide draw. (9) FASHION PRESIDENTE was heading to the front when he jumped it off last week. He needs a clean line now so he may be driven more conservatively, but he is capable on his best effort. (6) PRINCE ARCHIE shipped in from Flamboro Downs and raced well and he is in the exotics mix again. Race 7: F&M CLM $20,000 for NW $59,650 LT Pick 4 (4) MISS DEW WRITE got McNair and crushed, taking a new life’s mark. She is the one to knock off as she seeks the repeat. (3) GOING YARD shoots for the threepeat and she will probably land in the choice’s pocket and look to pounce late. She should be the main danger. (2) IRIS SEELSTER will take action on the class drop but she faces a couple of sharp mares here. I prefer to use her underneath. (9) COMPASSROSE DE VIE fires back quickly after almost winning in London on Monday night and she’s worth a look for the exotics tonight. Race 8: F&M CLM HDCP $10,000 to $12,000 (6) HILLBILLY JET goes back to Moreau and gets Macdonald in the bike racing off the claim and she won two straight for the same connections in November. She gets top billing in what looks like a soft spot here. (5) DIALMEUP produced a nice late kick last week and now she gets Borth back in the bike. She should be an Exacta factor. (2) BETCHULOVEME will likely show speed and stick around for a share in this spot. (7) WHITEMOUNTAINCAMMY is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics racing out of the Demers barn tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: CLM $20,000 for NW $57,500 LT (8) XTRA CHEESE brings an excellent record west from Ottawa, and he races out of the potent Barrington barn here. This doesn’t look like the toughest spot; top call. (1) GOLDINTHEBADLANDS drops, returns quickly and adds Lasix. That will likely lead to a wake up tonight; using. (2) TWO FOR TRIPPING produced a nice late kick to get the job done on 12/7 and he is another in with a shot here. (3) BRING YOUR FIRE is in the mix every week and he should be part of the exotics. Race 10: CLM HDCP $8,000 to $9,000 (10) HES GOT SWAGGER had an impossible trip last week and he kept coming to get 2nd in a good effort. He draws poorly again but races off the Cullen claim. A slightly better trip can get him a win. (8) COIN FLIP is worth using here racing off the Fellows claim showing 22 wins in his last 66 starts. (4) HIGH FLYIN JAMIE was an easy winner against the choice last week and he is an obvious threat right back. (9) NORTHERN SPY has raced well in both starts since shipping in from Flamboro Downs, but his typical style will likely leave him too much to do tonight; using underneath. (6) HELLO ROCKY should be good for another small share in this second start for Demers.
