ELMONT, N.Y. – Several riders are serving days for penalties assessed to them by the stewards for careless riding during the Aqueduct meet. Jockeys Dylan Davis and Samy Camacho were suspended by the stewards for careless riding, as it related to the $200,000 Times Square division of the New York Stallion Stakes on April 22 at Aqueduct. Davis rode Lifetime of Chance to a neck victory over Bank Frenzy, ridden by Camacho. Davis was suspended seven calendar days (May 7-13) for his ride aboard Lifetime of Chance, who in upper stretch appeared to come out under left-handed whip and into the path of Ten Cent Town, who finished sixth. :: Bet the races on DRF Bets! There was a stewards’ inquiry posted but no claim of foul. The stewards did not make any change to the order of finish in the race. Meanwhile, Trevor McCarthy was suspended three days (May 7, 11, and 12) for his ride on Refuah in the sixth race at Aqueduct on April 21. He allowed his mount to carry out the runner-up, Inspector.
