Silent Law has become the darling of the four-horse field in Southern California this fall. After beating three opponents by 10 lengths in a maiden race at five furlongs in her debut at Los Alamitos on Sept. 21, Silent Law led throughout Friday’s $90,584 Anoakia Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at six furlongs at Santa Anita, dominating three rivals. Ridden by Juan Hernandez, Silent Law ($2.80) took the lead shortly after the start and led by as many as four lengths through an opening quarter-mile in 21.64 seconds. Silent Law had an advantage of 2 1/2 lengths after a half-mile in 44.65 and won by 3 1/2 lengths without urging through the stretch. :: Bet Santa Anita with confidence!
