Sierra Leone, the Breeders’ Cup Classic winner and finalist for the Eclipse Award in the 3-year-old male division, had his second work in a week on Sunday, going a half-mile in 50.60 seconds at Payson Park. Brown said he has liked what he’s seen thus farm from Sierra Leone since he resumed training and is pointing the colt toward the $20 million Saudi Cup in Riyadh on Feb. 22. “He’s coming along.
