HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – Jockey Joel Rosario will sweep into Oaklawn Park for mounts next Friday and Saturday.   Agent Ron Anderson said Rosario is coming in from Gulfstream Park because trainer Brad Cox has booked him to ride West Will Power in the Grade 3, $600,000 Razorback Handicap next Saturday, Feb. 18, at Oaklawn. Last fall, Rosario guided West Will Power to victory in the Grade 2 Fayette at Keeneland.   Rosario’s mounts for Friday have been drawn. He has been named on six horses, in the second, fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth races. Of his mounts, three are for Cox.   Rosario’s mount in the featured eighth race, an allowance for 4-year-olds and up over six furlongs, is Morello, the winner of last year’s Grade 3 Gotham at Aqueduct.   The race also drew C Z Rocket, who in his last start ran second in the Breeders’ Cup Sprint. The purse for the feature is $108,000.   Entries for the Razorback will be taken on Sunday.  :: Want to learn more about handicapping and wagering?
