Inca King rebounded off two disappointing efforts by returning to top form Sunday, upsetting Distorted Reality and eight other 3-year-olds in the $150,000 Bryan Station Stakes at Keeneland. With Shaun Bridgmohan riding for owner Bill Heiligbrodt and trainer Steve Asmussen, Inca King took over for longshot Revival Ridge after turning for home and was never threatened thereafter, winning by 3 3/4 lengths over Distorted Reality, the even-money favorite. Inca King, a gelding by Sir Cat, returned $22.60 to win after finishing a mile in 1:35.88 over a firm turf course. The stakes victory was the second for Inca King, following a wire-to-wire score in June in the Jefferson Cup at Churchill Downs.
