Remington Park is Glee’s happy place. She won a stakes race at the Oklahoma City track by double digits for the second time this meet in Friday night's $75,000 Toby Keith.  The one-mile test for 2-year-old fillies was one of six stakes on the closing night card. The card was led by the $300,000 Springboard Mile won by Coal Battle.  Glee ($2.40) bounded home by 10 3/4 lengths in the Toby Keith, two starts after she won the E.L. Gaylord at Remington by more than 15 lengths. She was making her two-turn debut Friday night and was content to settle just off fractions of 24.07 for the opening quarter, 47.77 for the half-mile and 1:12.77. Join DRF Bets. Stewart Elliott was aboard for Steve Asmussen, with the pair also winning the respective riding and training titles this season at Remington. Glee races for Mike Rutherford. She is a daughter of Honor A.P. Tapitures Actor finished second in the Toby Keith, the former Trapeze Stakes that was renamed this year to honor the late country artist, breeder, and owner who was a regular at Remington. Asmussen and Elliott also teamed to win the $75,000 She’s All In Stakes with Flashy Lass, who rolled home by 5 3/4 lengths over Kirby Kaye. There were four scratches from the field, with Corningstone and Stellar Lily entered in the Mistletoe on Saturday at Oaklawn. Flashy Lass ($2.20) is a daughter of Street Sense who races for Gus King. She covered the one mile and 70 yards in 1:43.78. Hawk Memorial Bryan Hawk, who was honored as the meet’s leading owner Friday night, went on to capture the $75,000 Jeffrey Hawk Memorial with C W Prize. The race is named for his late brother. C W Prize ($11) led throughout while covering the one mile and 70 yards in 1:42.96. He won by 3 1/2 lengths over Victory for Vets. Richard Eramia was aboard the winner for trainer Joe Offolter. C W Prize is a son of Code West. Useeit, Jim Thorpe Stakes Miss Code West won her third stakes race at the meet when she rolled home by 8 1/4 lengths in the $50,000 Useeit. The one-mile race was for 3-year-old fillies bred in Oklahoma. Letta’s Legacy finished second in the Useeit. Miss Code West ($2.10) rallied from just off the pace to cover the distance in 1:39.52. Floyd Wethey Jr. was aboard the daughter of Code West for Jeffry Puryear and Julie Puryear and trainer Kevin Scholl. Earlier in the meet, Miss Code West won a division of the Oklahoma Stallion Stakes and the Oklahoma Classics Night Distaff. She was the horse of the meet in 2023.   In the $50,000 Jim Thorpe for 3-year-olds bred in Oklahoma, Red Mountain was a length winner over Flat Hanby. Elliott, in his first of three stakes wins on the card, was aboard for breeder, owner, and trainer Steve Martin.  Red Mountain ($23.40) covered the mile in 1:40.39.
