The case had been scheduled to be heard at the commission's meeting on Tuesday . . . . The government of Ontario has reappointed Bernard F. Brennan to the board of the Ontario Racing Commission for one year, effective May 29. Brennan, a veterinarian, was first named to the commission's board in 2002 . . . . Douglas Murphy has been elected to the board of directors of the Woodbine Entertainment Group. Murphy, 46, has served in senior positions with the Walt Disney Company.
