Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 2:00 OP 1st FACTUAL (#3, 4-1) gets the nod off a runner-up finish at this level. For this trip, she will be first Lasix. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:50 AQU 4th TREMAYNE (#2, 5-1) ran well without winning in the first two starts of her career, including her debut when troubled at the start to wind up outrun in a pace-dominated race, and then trying a wide run to contention around the turn; bred to stretch out and showed enough in her first two starts to have one more chance here. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:11 GP 5th SMALL TALK (#3, 4-1) no match for 4/5 Gimme Some Mo while easily best of rest when tagged for first time off a long layoff. Back at MSW level, has been given ample time to recuperate from career best performance. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:17 TAM 7th CONTRAFLOW (#2, 6-1) could be the controlling speed in this field, and given the relative lack of pace in this race that’s no small consideration; hoping he can shake loose and control the pace under jockey Samy Camacho, who could steal it if he gets away unpressured. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:20 AQU 5th DUST DEVIL (#5, 7-2) had a solid pace to run at when falling short in his NY debut in January but he appears to have in his two starts since then, including that last one when staying wide all the way on a day when the rail was an advantage; loses Carmouche but he can factor once again with the right trip. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:52 AQU 6th KUMAR’s (#3, 5-1) last three efforts do not look very good but it might pay to stick with him for one more here as he stretches back out for a hot trainer. He was beaten 20 lengths the last time he tried this distance in December but had an excuse there after failing to clear to the strong rail early on and getting caught wide, and his two efforts going nine furlongs at Saratoga were both solid. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:17 TAM 9th SECRET LIFE STYLE (#7, 8-1) saw his modest win streak snapped last time out but he had a valid pace excuse, dueling from the start in a race which set up well for the closers; cuts back slightly in distance and that could prove key, as he may be able to revert to stalking tactics, which served him well in the six-furlong win two back. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:55 AQU 8th REGAL HONOR (#9, 6-1) hasn’t made an impact in either of her first two starts, though she was in a pace-dominated race in her debut and she was away from the strong rail in her first start for this trainer; still has to prove that she can run if things go her way this time, but this may be the right spot. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:40 OP 8th LIL MISS HOT MESS (#7, 6-1) has tactical speed and might get an ideal trip behind a few of these. She also has worked a near-bullet half-mile since her seasonal debut. This marks her second start since November. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:48 GP 10th ALRAHAAL (#1, 20-1) taken as a price in the finale after not being disgraced by tons better despite less than clean trip in latest, a key race from which three of top six finishers all returned to win next starts with Beyers ranging in low to high 70’s. Not facing that kind here. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 6:10 OP 9th There are three past winners of the Nodouble in this field, the most recent K J’S NOBILITY (#4, 2-1). He’s moving back into the Arkansas-bred ranks following a closeup fourth against open allowance foes at Oaklawn. Also like that last year in a Churchill Downs allowance he was third to C Z Rocket, who would go on to win a pair of Grade 2 races in Southern California and run second in the Breeders’ Cup Sprint won by eventual champion Whitmore. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 6:40 OP 10th KITCHEN FIRE (#12, 10-1) seems best judged on his effort from Feb. 6. He is moving back into the straight claiming ranks after the starter allowance appearance Feb. 27, and note the race was his first on a wet track. As for the the Feb. 6 out, it was run on a fast strip and he set the pace. His speed is an asset that figures to serve him well at this five and a half furlong trip. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 7:16 SA 8th CANADIAN PRIDE (#2, 3-1) is back doing what he does best, which is sprint. He faced good company both recent route races including a fourth-place finish last out. The 1-2- 3 finishers all won since. Previously, ‘PRIDE finished second behind subsequent graded winner Kiss Today Goodbye. The point is, ‘PRIDE ran well against top rivals. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
