Favored Bipartisanship scored her third career stakes victory on as many different courses, rallying to a win in Sunday’s $75,000 PTHA President’s Cup Stakes for fillies and mares on the Parx Racing turf. Bipartisanship ($4), who is trained by Graham Motion for As One Racing, Commonwealth Sports, and Edgar Harty, also won the 2021 Tropical Park Oaks at Gulfstream and the 2022 Kathryn Crosby Stakes at Del Mar. The President's Cup was her first victory in three starts this year, but she came in favored off strong efforts. She was third in a Keeneland allowance in April in her first start in about four months; then was third in the Grade 3 Gallorette Stakes in May at Pimlico, beaten just a neck for second. :: Take your handicapping to the next level and play with FREE DRF Past Performances - Formulator or Classic.  On Sunday at Parx, Bipartisanship was unhurried early by Jevian Toledo, and was last in the field of seven as Out of Sorts took the field through a tepid opening half of 49.41 seconds on the firm turf. The mare was still sixth, with more than 3 1/2 lengths to make up, at the five-sixteenths pole. Toledo swung her wide for the drive, and she wore down Fuente Ovejuna, who had assumed the lead from a stalking position. She won by 2 1/4 lengths, going away. The final time for the 1 1/16 miles was 1:42.90. Deciding Vote, who had rated on the rail throughout, made a game bid to be second by three-quarters of a length over Fuente Ovejuna. :: Want to learn more about handicapping and wagering?
