Week 15 features a full 16-game NFL slate and following are three best bet recommendations.  New customers can wager on these picks via our top sportsbook promo codes which currently are worth up to $6,350 in welcome bonuses (see below).       Best NFL bets for Week 15: Carolina Panthers (-2.5 Caesars) vs. Dallas Cowboys We have the 3-10 Panthers hosting the 5-8 Cowboys on Sunday morning in Charlotte. And, yes, Carolina is favored — for the first time since Week 14 of the 2022 season. And with good reason. Two of the Panthers’ three wins have come since the start of November, and in the other three games during that stretch they took a trio of above-.500 teams to the wire in losses to the Kansas City Chiefs (30-27), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (26-23 in overtime) and Philadelphia Eagles (22-16). Second-year quarterback Bryce Young looks rejuvenated following his return from an early-season benching, and his teammates appear to be following his lead. In all, Carolina has covered in five straight games. Dallas, meanwhile, has lost six of its last eight — and QB Dak Prescott to a season-ending hamstring injury — following a 3-2 start. And after a crushing home loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night, the Cowboys’ hopes of a fourth straight playoff appearance appear to be all but dead. Dallas has been one of the league’s worst ATS teams (4-9) all season, and so we’ll take the surging Panthers laying less than a field goal at home. Best NFL bets for Week 15: Pittsburgh Steelers (+5.5 DraftKings) at Philadelphia Eagles Two sizzling division leaders meet in this Keystone State showdown which profiles as of one of the NFL games of the year. The 10-3 Steelers enter with a two-game lead atop the AFC North, having won seven of their last eight. Pittsburgh’s 10-3 ATS record was tied with the Denver Broncos for the league’s best entering the week. Philly (11-2), meanwhile, has been even hotter, reeling off nine straight wins to open up a three-game lead atop the NFC East. The Eagles are 8-5 ATS but only 5-5 against the number as a favorite this season. That’s not a good sign going up against one of the best underdog coaches in league history. Since Mike Tomlin took the reins in 2007, Pittsburgh is a league-best 62-35-5 (.639) ATS as a ’dog, including 5-0 so far this season. The visitors also can counter Saquon Barkley and Philly’s top-ranked rushing attack with the league’s fourth-best run defense. It has all the makings of a close contest, making it an easy call to take Pittsburgh and the points. Best NFL bets for Week 15: Atlanta Falcons at Las Vegas Raiders (Under 44.5 Caesars)  We’ll close by going under on the last game on the Week 15 card — a Monday night matchup of two struggling offenses in Vegas. The host Raiders entered the week ranked 27th in scoring at 18.2 points per game and haven’t reached 20 points in seven of their last nine contests. On Monday, they’ll likely will be down to their third-string QB, Desmond Ridder, who the Falcons know well after he spent the last two seasons in Atlanta. The Falcons, meanwhile, are 8-5 to the under on the season and are currently mired in their roughest patch of the season.  Atlanta has averaged only 14.3 points over its last four games, and QB Kirk Cousins has failed to throw a touchdown pass during that stretch while tossing eight interceptions. This should be anything but a Sin City Shootout.
